Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
I have an amazing group of students. These kids come from very different backgrounds and situations, but they all share the same energy about school. They come in every day passing along their excitement about what makes them special and happy.
Although they are not always excited about school or new lessons, they are always excited about new challenges and get really involved when they have the opportunity to show off their skills.
These kids have greatness inside of them and with the right environment, materials, and lessons these kids will shine!
My Project
These laptops will help replenish classroom technology in our school and science class. The limited resources and computers we share in our school have made such a grand difference in our students learning experience and has allowed them to create, complete and experience learning in a much better way.
These new laptops will help create a small set of classroom computers that students will share to complete assignments, create class projects and gain the confidence needed to make learning science fun.
These donations will change their lives and make learning interactive and fun. These materials will facilitate the learning process, help them gain 21st century skills, make them more comfortable with science topics in a digital world and help them enjoy their lessons much more!
