This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

As we look toward the next school year, our orchestra is in need of equipment to help take us to the next level. Rosin will allow us to sound our best and keep students supplied and participating throughout the year. The shoulder rests for our violins and violas will give them the best chance of improving their skill level and making playing as comfortable as possible. Often, students without should rests get discouraged by their lack of progress due to the necessity of compensating for missing this key piece of equipment.
