This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Over the past few years, I have been able to develop a well-rounded and diverse coding program in my elementary library, largely in part to DonorsChoose.org and the generosity of family, friends and caring strangers. I have received a variety of robots and other materials to encourage computational thinking, problem-solving and collaboration. Now it's time to get the materials to maintain and continue to enhance these activities. The iPads in my class have officially stopped updating to the latest ios and it is only a matter of time before they are not compatible with the robots and programs my students have come to love.

Please help me slowly replace the aging technology that my students need to continue coding!
