My Project

My classroom has 17 hard working, kind, friendly, energetic fourth graders! The students work incredibly hard all day long. As the demands of school continue to grow, I've noticed the students' stress levels increase as well. I am looking to implement "morning tub" activities as part of my students' morning routine to help them start their day on the right foot.

The goal of morning tubs is to engage students and create a positive start to their day.

The tub activities provide an opportunity for the students to explore, learn, and socialize in a relaxed environment. This allows them to warm up their brains and get settled for the day in a positive way, so they are ready to learn and work hard.

Students from my classroom come to school from all different types of homes. When they arrive at school, I want to give them the opportunity to engage in school in a positive way and relax their minds and bodies so they are calm and ready to learn. Thank you for all your support!
