My Students

I teach 3rd grade at a Title I, low income school. My class in an ESE inclusion class, where students with varying exceptionalities are mainstreamed into a regular classroom to provide them with their least restrictive environment to succeed. My classroom provides a safe environment that allows all students to achieve the same high expectations.

This is a smart, energetic, and playful bunch!

They are extremely enthusiastic, and I love finding ways to help them stretch their creative legs while digesting new information.

My Project

The supplies that I am requesting are the basics needed for every classroom. My students are eager to learn and create, they just need the means to do so.

Many students at our school do not come to school with supplies, so I am looking for a new creative way to ensure that all of my students have the same opportunity to succeed.

It is incredible to see the smile on a child who is given a simple new box of crayons, colored pencils, or markers.

Please be the one that puts a smile on a child's face while helping them gain literacy and math skills that they will use for life!
