My Students
My students come from diverse backgrounds in various socio-economical settings. Many do not have the materials needed for everyday classroom activities. Students are eager to learn and excited that we have remained in the classroom this school year. Please help provide the materials they need to be successful.
My Project
Many days my students in my 7th grade Social Studies class do not have the tools to participate.
Headphones, and small motivational prizes can mean everything to a kid who works hard.
Many times activities require listening/reading higher level articles for research on topics, our laptops provide this tool, but to make it less obvious that a student does not know how to read a word, headphones for all students would take that embarrassment away.
Small tools such as pencil sharpeners and a cart to organize our tools would also be much appreciated!
