Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
One of the most common issues I see in my class is access to reliable technology and power sources.
Too often students arrive to school with dead or dying Chromebooks, laptops, or phones—tools they need to complete assignments, access Schoology, and create interesting presentations and projects!
Your support will help fund a centralized charging station, along with a variety of chargers for Chromebooks, laptops, and phones. With these resources students will no longer have to worry about losing valuable class time searching for a place to plug in or falling behind on schoolwork.
This charging station will make a profound difference in the students' learning. With the push for more technology-centered assessments it is imperative students have the foundation for learning with accessible chargers for their devices.
