We have a creative, curious, and big-hearted class of 2nd graders this year! In their first 94 days, their math data shows a 40% growth! We're in need of a new class pencil sharpener and erasers as we are flying through our materials in class. Your donation will support students as they continue to grapple new concept and master new skills.
We utilize school devices to support our literacy and math studies.
Right now, we charge our devices piled in stacks wherever we can find power outlets. Our scholars take responsibility for their devices but the tangle of charging cords and stacking of devices is challenging. If we received a cart to organize our devices, it would give us more space to use for other projects in our classroom.
Students are thriving this year and one main incentive is our class store! Scholars earn points for their excellent behavior, participating in class, and their academic achievements and then make purchases every Friday in our "store." Your donation towards their class incentives will help keep our class store stocked with their favorite rewards!
Our next class project is to germinate basil plants inside the classroom and transport the seedlings into an outdoor garden. With your assistance, each scholar will have their own basil seedling and experience the wonder of gardening!
