Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My students are brilliant thinkers and dreamers. They blow me away with their ingenuity and resourcefulness. They deserve the opportunity to continue to grow and enjoy the process along the way.
We have no playground in our recess space.
Having access to more creative choices, STEM activities, art options, and games to use teamwork will spark joy and positivity in the often dreary moments of our recess situation. With no art class, the chance to add any and every creative moment is what drives me to add these chances for my students.
