This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My special needs students need adaptive curriculum materials which requires me to spend a lot of personal time to prepare them by printing out, making color copies, laminating, and velcroing units task boxes, before they can use them. My students with autism are ROUGH on all my materials which I purchase myself. If I want any chance at reusing them, I need to laminate them BUT here's my dilemma our school laminator has been broken and pocket protectors aren't the same or as durable as lamination! I want help purchasing a laminator for my classroom so I can create unit materials and have a chance at saving them to reuse for next school year and saving myself some time! (it takes me 4-5 hours to prepare a full unit 4 weeks of materials).
