This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project contains materials that will help to prevent summer learning loss for my students and provide resources and tools for families to work with their learner this summer. The upcoming Kindergarten year is a very important year and students will be learning so many new skills.

The Learning Success Kit for Pre-K is a teacher-developed supplemental curriculum product to help students practice and build on important skills such as counting, reading readiness, number, color, shapes, and letter recognition, as well as social-emotional support.

The materials include both hands-on repeated practice and single-use reference materials for supporting Pre-K curriculum skills. The students can make use of the journals, games, flashcards, books, dry-erase mats, and more, over and over! The full-color Activity Guide includes a letter to families in both English and Spanish, provides guidance on how each item is used, and offers additional activities for taking learning further. This kit will provide many hours of hands-on learning, and repeated practice of key Pre-K skills.
