My Students
Do you remember the first time you picked up your favorite book and began to read it?
I teach Pre-Kindergarten to eighteen wonderful children in the New York area.
Many of these children come from low income families and do not have the opportunities that most children there age receives. These children are so fun loving and full of life. It is our job to help them get the materials they need to enhance their education.
My Project
My children need child friendly books and materials to help enhance there reading skills. We have many favorite authors and types of books. In order to decide what books to ask for we had a class vote. Our class favorite was mickey mouse. They are always asking for stories and reading materials related to mickey mouse.
You will make is possible for the children to read books that they are interested in.
These books are child friendly and a great stepping stone to begin the stages of reading. Thank you for taking the time to read my proposal.
