Do you remember the first time you sat down to read a book in school? Were you able to sit in a child friendly area?
I teach Pre-K to eighteen wonderful children.
Many of these children come from low income families and do not get the opportunities that most young children get. These children are so fun loving and full of life. They deserve to have the supplies they need to make their educational experience the best that it can be.
My Project
My students need an inviting area in the classroom to read books. Children need to be relaxed and comfortable when they read. These bean bags are comfortable and welcoming to young children. The children will be able to sit together and read to one another. Pre-K is where it all begins and it's important to show young children how important reading is and what better when then in Pre-K, in a child friendly environment.
You will make it possible for the children to want to grab a book and read it in a child friendly area in the classroom.
Thank you for taking the time to read and support my proposal.
