Help Please We Need a Rug! Pencil sharpener! Markers!
My students need to start the year out with markers, a pencil sharpener, and a learning rug that uplifts our learning environment and teaches them at the same time.
Every morning we start out with are learning objectives for the day on the rug. In our class the students use a lot of markers to create posters,charts, and art. My students are excited when they learned through art.
My students are awesome they range from wind diverse group of learners.
Our school is a title I school that means support from the community. By having a learning rug my students will continuously be learning when they are on the rug for leisure reading or lessons. Last year our sharpener broke right at the end of the year, so we need a sharpener to keep our learners writing. Students love to learn through art in our class students create beautiful posters that support their learning.
My Project
Students will be able to have an environment that is stimulating their learning continuously with our new learning rug. Students will be doing a state report and the rug will help bring excitement and comfort during their state presentations. Students will learn all the states in the United States of America. Students will have an opportunity to use a sharpener that will not break down in a few days and have much-needed art supplies. Learning is fun through art and color. Our first project will be self-portraits.
My students will have a nice clean environment and a place to sit on a learning rug for reading and learning.
We currently have linoleum on the floor, they need a nice comfortable area for leisure reading, Direct instruction for lessons on the rag, and a place for student presentations. Your donation to our class will make it a fun learning environment!
