Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our Second Grade teachers are coming together! We have approximately 100 students (4 classrooms). Many of our students are ML learners. We are looking to help our students succeed while also giving them the comfort to grow their love of learning. We are asking for headphones so each child will have the opportunity to focus on tests, educational programs and books without distractions. We are also hoping for individual white boards to practice our math facts, high-frequency words, spelling bees etc. Lastly, our students struggle with reading comprehension. We are looking forward to utilizing the reading comprehension journals daily to ensure their success this year. Thank you in advance. Our students will be thrilled to receive any of these items.
