My Project
We need your helping making Prom 2024 sparkle and shine! Fundraising efforts have been tough this year and we just aren't getting the turnout we need. Prom is in one month and we are hoping to supplement the money we have raised and get some fabulous prom decorations through Donors Choose. Planning and executing a prom costs nearly as much as a wedding. Our current estimate is $12,500 for the food and event space. We have to pay for the DJ, flowers, and prom court expenses on top of that. We are looking at nearly $15,000 cost for this event. The more help we get in funding our decoration costs, the more successful we will be in keeping ticket costs down for our students.
Extracurricular activities are just as important as classroom lessons in helping students grow as people.
Prom is a right of passage and we want to give our students a magical and beautiful evening that they will remember for the rest of their lives. Help us add some sparkle and magic to our kids' prom night by donating to help us buy decorations and favors for our students.
