This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.
My Project
Help! Our pencil sharpeners are sick and our dry-erase markers decided to dryso they can go on summer break before their time! My class is in need of fundamental tools and materials that most of us would take for granted but in a classroom they are a must have.
My students are vivid and active and love to use the tools and materials provided to them.
Budgeting is limited to the most crucial items for our kiddos at this time of the year. but there is still so much more to learn before the end of of the school year and our students need those items to be successful.
These resources will be used on a daily basis and are very important for our classroom to function smoothly. Without sharpened pencils my students get off task and tend to interrupt their partners looking for barely sharpened pencils. Students also use dry-erase markers everyday for every subject, as a result those markers tend to dry fast.
Donations for this project will help me get some much needed supplies in the classroom.
Not only will it cut down on classroom interruptions, my students will be able to focus and not be distracted from their learning.
