Help Our Little Learners Recharge

My Project

I teach a group of first graders who are positive, excited and others who are defeating their odds just by showing up daily! Every day my students come to school eager and ready to learn something new.

Knowing they have worked hard all day, there comes a time when we all need a recharge.

Whether that be before lunch, after school, during recess or even during a test to give them a little boost. Less than half of my class will have a snack they are able to bring from home.

I have gone out of my way to purchase snacks for those who are unable. Unfortunately, my snack shelf is running low. Knowing snacks can be expensive, especially for families, I have started this project in hopes to be able to give ALL students the opportunity to learn at their fullest potential. Please consider donating to this project to help me make that possible.

Having snacks in the classroom is my attempt to communicate to my students that I care about them. Their well being matters to me. Please help me continue to provide snacks for my hungry students. Mahalo.
