My Students

My students are so excited to come to school each day and are eager to learn. My 44 first graders are full of energy and love hands-on learning experiences. I want to make learning as much FUN for them this year as I can while integrating technology and providing them choices in their learning.

We are building a legacy one day at a time, one student at a time.

I want to do everything I can to help these students succeed and love learning!

My Project

My classroom needs more nonfiction books that align with the first grade curriculum. I want to have books available for them that connect with what we are learning all the time. My students love to read and always want to learn more!

Instilling a love for reading in all students is important to me even as the math, science and social studies teacher.

I want to make sure my students aren't just reading during reading time but throughout all subjects all day. I love books and think children should be read to every day. These books will allow me to read to them daily on topics that connect with our learning objectives.
