This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In our vibrant kindergarten classroom, every child learns in their own unique way. Flexible seating gives students the choice to sit, stand, wiggle, or rock while learning—helping them stay engaged, focused, and comfortable throughout the day.

Traditional desks and chairs don’t meet the diverse needs of young learners, especially those who benefit from movement or alternative seating options.

These tools allow children to choose how they learn best—whether they need to move, stretch, or stay cozy on the floor. Flexible seating helps improve focus, reduces disruptive behavior, and supports sensory needs.

With your help, we can create a more inclusive, engaging classroom where every student feels comfortable, confident, and ready to learn.
