My Project

The students in our K-2nd grade Autistic Support classroom would greatly benefit (and love) to have access to and enjoy sensory activities in our classroom. Sensory activities for students with autism are amazingly effective learnig tools that engage all areas of the students brain.

This helps students with cognitive, physical, emotional, and communication development.

For the students in our classroom, engaging in sensory play can retrain the brain's response to sensory information. Simply put, sensory play tricks the brain into learning through playing with peers!! But, most importantly, it is super fun too!!

We appreciate any and all support!!
