Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I am asking for three, $100 gift cards to Teachers Pay Teachers to purchase hands on, extremely fun and engaging learning materials for both ELA and History classes. These materials are created and utilized by other amazing educators, so it is supports other educators and all our students!
Engaging reading, writing, speaking and language learning tasks with eye catching visuals, have a VERY positive effect on student interest and in turn learning!
Many of the materials include various entry point options for all learners to interact with texts and assignments by using colorful doodle options, various notetaking strategies, guided notes supports and comprehension checks to support the needs of all students in middle school.
