This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are very inquisitive and love to learn! Specifically, they love learning life lessons through story telling and reading. My students have the outstanding ability to apply what they learn and read to their own lives. This has to be one of my favorite qualities that my students possess.

With the funding of this project, my students will be able to read the beautiful tale of a young girl who has to start a new life in an unfamiliar place.

I know my students will gain so many valuable lessons from reading this novel!
