My Students

My students walk into my classroom every day ready to learn and excited about the day. Each day I strive to make sure my students know that when they are in my classroom and in our school, they are safe and loved.

I teach at a Title I school in Texas where the majority of our students receive free lunch and face much adversity outside of school.

Despite so many hardships, my students are eager to learn and do their best. They want to be in school because they want to learn all they can so they can be successful in the future.

Our community was affected by Hurricane Harvey.

My Project

We have amazing physical education teachers who work with every student in the school. I would like to honor their hard work by getting them some new equipment . Each and every student in our school will benefit from this project. The parachute will help teach why working g together as a team is so important. The active play set will add new equipment such as cones, balls, bean bags, jump ropes and so much more. Teaching the students how to be physically fit will benefit them their entire life. Your generosity will go to benefit many students for years and years to come.
