Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our classroom is full of bright, creative voices, and I want each one to be heard—literally! In our high school chemistry class, many students are hesitant to speak up, especially when presenting complex scientific ideas. With a large class size and a spacious room, it can be difficult for everyone to hear clearly during presentations and group discussions. A wireless microphone system would make a big difference by ensuring each student can be heard, helping them communicate their scientific thinking with clarity and confidence. It will support my shy and soft-spoken students in building their self-esteem as presenters and learners.
I truly enjoy hearing my students express themselves, and this microphone system will empower them to grow into confident, capable communicators—an essential skill in science and beyond.
