Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

The students will be using their new Oculus-Quest 2 Advanced All-In-One Reality Headset to connect to the virtual world of learning. This headset will give my students endless opportunities to explore the world of virtual reality. This will include educational games, exploring different countries and cultures around the world, and experiencing science firsthand. Lessons will be spread throughout Literacy, Math, Science, and Social Studies. Our school offers a wonderful media program which teaches the students basic computer coding and computer graphic arts. This Oculus-Quest 2 will be the next area of technology in which the students will be able to explore.
