My Project

Help me provide my students with the supplies needed for fluency, comprehension, and reading practice! This year, I am teaching 6th grade Language Arts. An important part of language arts is the DIBELS assessment, a reading assessment that is administered to students 3x a year. This assessment monitors a students ability to read fluently, retell the story, if they comprehend what they are reading, and how many mistakes they make while reading. This test helps determine their needs in Language Arts and what additional resources they need to be successful.

I want to provide my students with a practice binder, where they can have daily fluency and reading practice.

Unfortunately, with 61 students, I am unable to finance the supplies myself. I am needing 1 inch binders for students to keep their practice papers in, paper dividers to help keep their practice papers organized in their binders, and label making sheets to label their dividers to make it easier to access the papers students will need throughout the day.
