Help me give my students the best reading books to help enhance their reading comprehension.

My students come to school lacking the motivation to read. While words are all around them, they have a limited interest in anything longer than an abbreviation. No no school library, they have limited expose to variety of books that would spark their love for reading.
Majority of my students live on the South-side of Chicago.
My school is a low-income charter school with majority of our students being African American and Hispanic. They are 4th graders and 5th graders. I teach reading for two hours to each grade level and my students rotate to another classroom for their other core subjects. At my school and within my classroom, I work hard to create an environment the fosters a love for reading. I challenge our students to find books that interest them. My students are excited when I show them different books available that match their interest. We mostly use technology to read online, but it does not help to foster a more hands-on approached to just reading the old fashioned way.
Everyone needs a good book! Reading is essential to fostering the imagination and the interest of students. My students will benefit from reading great books in many ways. My students love to read and love to learn about new things. New books would help my students continue their love for reading and writing.
Imagine spending the afternoon curled up with a great book.
My students would be able to choose a book at their level, and spend their reading time with a new book. We would also use the books to for literature circles and book studies. The books will also allow students to recommend other books to their peers or anyone outside of the classroom.Fostering the love of reading is key to creating the future leaders.
My students have vivid imaginations and big dreams. These books would allow for my students to learn more about the world and to travel to any place, in a great book!
