Help My Students Be Successful

Help me give my students the opportunity for flexible seating (various chairs and benches), a welcoming space (relaxed lighting, uplifting decorations, aroma diffuser), and rewards for positive behaviors (toys & snacks).

My Project

Flexible seating allows students to take charge of their learning and make the choices that work best for them. Certain students require this accommodation in order to be successful in the classroom. I have also noticed that other classrooms have a sense of peace and warmth with different lighting options, aromas, and decorations. A positive behavior reward system is also something I use frequently in my classroom, motivating the students with a variety of snacks and toys. I want to be able to incorporate this into my classroom as well, so that my students can focus with more intensity.

The products that I have selected will help my students by giving them additional seating options to make more effective learning choices, as well as provide them with a warm learning environment.

These will be extremely beneficial for some students that just need to get the wiggles out. They can also be used as an alternative chair if needed! The foldable chair and the beanbag chair will allow for additional comfortable floor seating options. They are lightweight and can be easily used in many areas of the classroom.

I have seen how a warm environment, positive behavior systems, and can positively affect my students work and demeanor and hope that the additional options will help us grow even more!
