Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The items that I have on my list are things that will help enrich every kids life in the class and other kids that come through in the years to following. My class has a wide range of needs and coming from a low income school district some of these things like toothbrushes, deodorant, and snacks that can go home are things that not every student has access to.
The other items that I have on my list are items that can help regulate the students.
As a Special Education teacher I would like that every students needs are being met and unfortunately due to funding there are items that are not in the budget.
The things that make my students special is the uniqueness that each on possesses. Despite the obstacles that a lot of them have seen they have persevered and over come them.
