My students are always excited to use the web in order to access lab simulations. I'm looking for ways to increase access to online lab simulations in my high school Physics class in order to better prepare them for college success.

The biggest obstacle I face when trying to use online lab simulations is my lack of modern computers that can access and run lab simulation websites. My classroom has a wireless system in place, and I want to enable my students to use it.

A Netbook computer will allow my students to perform virtual lab experiments that they would not normally have access to. This type of activity will help prepare them for success in my class as well as help them prepare for future classes in college that will require them to gather and use information from the web.

It is only through the generous support of donors like you that I can provide my students with 21st century information tools and lab experiences that they need to develop a love for the sciences and prepare for college.
