My Project

In my classroom, my goal is to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for my kindergarten students. I am reaching out to ask for your support. Your generous donations can make a world of difference in providing the tools and resources necessary for our young learners to flourish.

The supplies requested will assist in the growth of my students, nurturing their physical, cognitive, social, and emotional growth and giving them a jumpstart to the rest of their educational careers.

Included are basic classroom supplies such as pencils, crayons, glue sticks, and handwriting paper that are always in high demand. These items are essential for hands-on learning activities that foster creativity and fine motor skills. I intend to craft a diverse library, which is crucial for developing early literacy skills and sparking a love for reading. My goal for these stories is to promote social-emotional learning by providing relatable stories, fostering empathy and understanding, and encouraging meaningful discussions about emotions and relationships.

A prepared classroom is a successful classroom. By beginning to prepare for the next school year now, I am already setting my students up for success before they step foot into my room. I work at a Title 1 school with many immigrant families and Spanish-speaking children; I hope to make my new students feel comfortable and welcome by creating a comfortable and diverse learning environment.
