This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

One activity that students in our class love is our dramatic play kitchen area. Dramatic play is an essential part of the student day. Dramatic play helps students develop social and emotional skills, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills. It also allows students to explore self-empowerment by making choices, acting out their feelings, and finding a new connection to themselves. It also helps with their fine motor skills and language development. Our classroom got a new kitchen, but we need supplies to use it fully. With your help, these toys will make a big difference. Any help is appreciated. Thank you!
