it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Please help my first graders this year! They are excited to be back in person and are ready to learn, explore, and create each day! Many of them were completely remote last year due to the pandemic. I want them to have a wonderful year but I need your help and support!! I have been at my school for 20 years and this year I am in need of supplies for all of my littles to learn happily and safely!!
My Project
Your contributions to help my children this year will be immense because due to the pandemic my school is not recommending teachers send home a supply list this year. So I cannot even ask families if they have crayons or markers or pencils that they would like to send in with their child for learning this year. We were given small boxes of crayons and a few packs of markers but clearly not enough for all of our students for the year plus not enough for individual materials so that everyone can be there and have their own. Unfortunately we are not in a position at this point in the world to have the children constantly touching and sharing each other’s materials your contributions would help make sure that I had enough materials for all the students to have their own supply box full of pencils markers crayons and books!
