My Project

These resources will help my students in the mild special education setting have a clean, organized space that meets their sensory needs.

A hallway is designated for the busy rainbow board, where students can step away to take a break.

The beanbags will be utilized for a calm-down corner.

Keeping areas organized will help decrease distractions, therefore, increasing their learning. The ability to use alternative lighting will also allow my students to work without the harsh classroom lighting that is aversive to some of them.

Clorox wipes are always necessary, as well as hand sanitizer, as my classroom does not have a sink. Thank you for considering my project and helping my students!
