This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
As a Kindergarten teacher My number one goal has been to help each child succeed However Due to covid So many children have been stuck at home with nothing to do and expected to learn thru a tablet or IPAD So many teachers have quit and just given up due to the extreme amount of behaviors that has been displayed in class or the constant loss of learning due to the amounts of behaviors that these teachers have often had to stop class & correct and often times teachers are being hit with little to no support from the families at home.
I refuse to give up and allow covid to win!
My goal is to help each student 1 step at a time with a little positive incentive. I refuse to let covid define these students' future outcomes or educational successes. So please help me reward positive behavior and encourage listening in the classroom so that we can get back to the fundamentals of learning in a positive way.
