My Project
My students have been working hard the first semester to improve their reading skills. As we move into the second semester and begin planning for state testing, we will also need to incorporate some listening skills into our preparation since part of the test requires them to listen to stories and answer questions about them. A Tonie Box will allow the students to choose different characters to hear stories in a center in our classroom. This will provide them with an opportunity to work on listening skills while I am working one on one with other students.
