My Students
I teach at Georgetown Middle School in Georgetown, SC. My students are very diversified to say the least. We run from one end of the spectrum to the other when it comes to socio-economics, personalities, likes and dislikes. Unique is a understatement.
With that being said, my students are the reason I love coming to work everyday.
Although it is very challenging, it is very rewarding to see them achieve success. Middle school students are in a class by themselves; mine are no different, a daily challenge but oh, so much fun!
My Project
We use interactive notebooks in my social studies classes and we go through glue, paper and pencils in a flash. The notebooks are vital to my students learning and these items that I am requesting will help me make the content stick with my students.
Many students may not have all of their daily materials for any number of reasons.
With your help, I can offer these supplies and never have to fuss at my kids for not having something they need. They never have to feel ashamed to ask me for supplies!
