This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I want to ensure that my kindergarten students stay warm during the upcoming winter months. Many of them come from low-income families and live in challenging neighborhoods in Philadelphia. Since many of them walk to school, it's important they have proper winter clothing.

I am looking to gather a set of gloves, socks and scarves for each child.

Additionally, I would like to include journals that they can use throughout the year. Your help in providing these essential items would greatly benefit my students and help keep them warm during the cold weather.
