Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I work with EL students of all levels in a Title 1 high school. The needs are tremendous for my students, especially after the learning losses from Covid. The visual supports (posters) will be especially important for English learners.
The white boards, graph paper, and other materials I requested from Donors Choose will help students actively learning, keep them organized and prepare them for future high school math classes.
I love working with my students and this donation will relieve a lot of the burden I have in providing an engaging, fun place for my students.
