My Project

The current strings are more than 5 years old and I need to replace the broken and worn-out strings so we can have as many working instruments for each student. Each guitar gets used by up to 10 students each day.

Music is an important part of their social-emotional development.

Please help me give my students the support they need.

My students come from Title I, 100% poverty neighborhoods. They show up every day so excited to come to music class. Music helps them feel successful and a part of a bigger ensemble.
