Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Many of my students lack the necessary materials such as markers and colored pencils for my required unit projects. I require unit projects often in groups. I provide Post-it (poster size) paper for each group to present their information. Your donation will provide these poster-sized easel pads. For these projects, students often use markers and colored pencils to write and draw. A pencil sharpener is always needed for the colored pencils to keep them ready to go. In addition, we need organization bins to keep construction paper and supplies tidy. Having construction paper and supplies will give my students the necessary supplies to be successful when completing my social studies unit projects. They will also use the supplies when completing group work.
