My Project
Next school year, I’m thrilled to share that I’ll be teaching yoga as part of our Physical Education program! As the PE teacher, I have the incredible opportunity to introduce mindfulness, movement, and relaxation techniques to our students—skills that will benefit them both in and out of the classroom.
To truly bring this vision to life, I need your help in creating a Zen Den—a calm, welcoming space where students can practice yoga, learn to manage stress, and build healthy habits for their bodies and minds.
With your support, we can provide yoga mats, calming lighting, soft floor cushions, sensory tools, and other materials to make this space as peaceful and supportive as possible.
