My Project

I teach in a public charter school in Memphis, TN, and I love it! I am fortunate to work for a network that supports students and teachers with great technology and curriculum to support student learning. I am asking for you to support my project to purchase an iPad Pro and the accessories to go with it so that I can better incorporate the latest technology and professional development in the classroom.

All students deserve access to the highest quality instruction and student facing materials, and this project will help me deliver that to my students!

To supplement my work computer, I have been using my personal laptop to create student facing materials that support learning as well as attending courses to learn more about how to teach reading effectively. However, my current computer has seen better days, and I am not able to rely on it.

This iPad Pro will allow me to complete my course work in the science of reading and the apple pencil will be extremely helpful for supporting students in their handwriting as well as creative classwork. I am so grateful for your support on this project, and I look forward to updating you on the ways this project supports my students!
