This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

Help make my students' work more permanent! With a laminating machine, my students can create math manuals, documents, math games, etc and they can make sure that everything they create will be preserved for future classes to use.

My students are 68 incredibly hard-working 6th graders from the South Bronx.

They go to school for an extended day (7:25 am -5 pm), an extended week (Monday-Saturday), and an extended school year (September-July), and are all motivated to go to college.

My Project

With a laminating machine, all of my students can create documents that will be on display for all to see without the risk of being torn. After students create a math game or math manual, they can laminate it and take special ownership of their creation.

Donating to this project will help make my math class unlike any other!

A laminator is unique and it will motivate students to create their best work possible and put it on display for all to see!
