This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
As a health teacher my job first and foremost is to keep my students from making unhealthy decisions and keeping their bodies as safe as possible.They have such a willingness to learn because no child or adult likes getting sick. My students tend to look at me for answers on how to keep themselves safe and keep their families healthy.
My Project
By having healthy students we have a higher attendance rate, which benefits the students tremendously. The healthier a child is, the more likely they are to attend school every single day that they are in session. Please help me to keep my students safe and healthy some very dangerous viruses. New York City schools were tremendously affected by COVID-19. Let’s keep these kids safe with sanitizing wipes and gel, and alcohol wipes. They deserve every opportunity of success.
It is our job as educators to keep them safe in anyway we can.
