This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
I teach at a wonderful school in the South Bronx. Many of these children come from low-income homes. Our school has had budget cuts and it’s hard to get the supplies we need for our children. We have amazing children who deserve to have the supplies they need to succeed. Physical education is extremely important in school. Children need gross motor activities to keep them moving. Children are sitting all day long and it’s important for their education to get time to move around. You can help children get supplies that will help them in school.
My Project
It is very important to have cleaning supplies to help reduce the spread of germs. The children are constantly washing there hands and wearing a mask. They are really trying there best. These children are so fun loving and full of life. They shouldn’t have to worry about germs in the classroom. Each day we cleaned the furniture and school materials multiple times a day. Everyone is trying there best to stay safe. Having these cleaning supplies will help reduce the germs. Thank you for taking the time to read our proposal.
