Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have two classes of fifth grade motivated students who come to school eager to learn daily. My classroom includes a diverse group of learners, including students in regular education, special education, and English as a Second Language. Many of my students come from low-income households, so providing them with the supplies they need is essential to their success.

Despite challenges, my students show up every day—whether they’re feeling well or under the weather.

To help reduce the spread of germs and keep our classroom a healthy learning environment, I am requesting Clorox cleaning wipes and Kleenex tissues. These items will support my students' well-being and help them stay focused on their education.
