This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am excited about my incoming students. I have already met them as fourth graders, and they are excited about learning and about coming to my classroom. Every year, I have a classroom theme. This year, it's "Take Flight". I want to be ready for them.

With our classroom theme, "Take Flight," my students will certainly "take flight" because nothing will stop our learning and instructional minutes, not even minor, non-emergent issues, thanks to our classroom first aid products, such as ice packs and bandages.

Everything I teach is a life skill, and one of the most important aspects of a successful life is being healthy and ready. These ice packs and bandages will support any minor "mishaps" so we can continue "flight". A little "turbulence" will not slow us down!! While these are small items, they're significant assets to my classroom and will last the entire school year.
