Help Inspire and Reward First-Graders!

Help me give my students and those in four other first-grade classrooms treasure box toys and incentives to motivate positive behavior and foster a love for learning.

Mrs. Carey Hillcrest Elementary School
Antioch, IL Grades PreK-2

My Project

As a first-grade teacher, I believe that learning should be exciting and rewarding. To keep my students—and those in the other four first-grade classrooms—motivated and engaged, I use treasure box toys and small incentives as part of our positive reinforcement system. These rewards encourage good behavior, participation, and academic achievement, helping to create joyful and productive classroom environments.

Your generous support will allow me to restock our treasure boxes with fun and meaningful items that spark joy and excitement for our young learners.

Whether it's a sticker, a small toy, or a certificate of recognition, these rewards make a big difference in building confidence, encouraging hard work, and fostering a love for learning.

With your help, I can ensure that all five first-grade classrooms continue to celebrate our students' progress and make each day in school special. Thank you for believing in our first graders and helping us create a positive and supportive learning experience!
